Organizational Effectiveness Director
Responsible for creating and delivering Cultural Workshops to develop and engage associates and managers.  
Primary duties include, but are not limited to: 
Leads organizational effectiveness projects to transform our current business environment into a high performing organization. 
Leads the design and implementation of individual/team based assessment tools. 
Creates organizational design approaches and partners with the business to implement optimal design structure. 
Provides organizational effectiveness consultation to business leaders across the enterprise to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance. 
Manages vendor interaction including, issue resolution, developing and reviewing statements of work.

Requires 
BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field; 
8-10 years of experience in organizational development/effectiveness training and development, process improvement and/or project management experience preferred; 
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
high level of experience within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Creating presentations and giving presentations to leadership
Advanced degree preferred. 
Ability to travel maybe required.(May be up to 20% travel based on needs of the business)
